Customer Satisfaction Surveys — Help US…Help YOU!
Our parent company, VerticaLive, in a on-going effort to improve service to our customers, has implemented Customer Satisfaction Surveys. Utilizing our existing support system, when a user logs a support request, a series of functions take place to replicate the issue and to the best of our ability, provide a timely solution.
Upon resolution of cases, users will now be prompted to rate their experience with the Help Desk team. As always, our goal is to get 100% rave reviews. Be honest! If we need to do better, tell us! If we did a great job, let us know that too. If you have a suggestion, we’re always open to your recommendations.
